Will this clean grease off gator hide on a aluminum boat

Yes, even gators that don't hide.

Can it be used on walls to remove kitchen grease?

YES, best grease remover for walls/appliances. Just don't try it on your children.

Will this spray with a normal stream? What's the foaming action...upon contact with the surface or foam straight from the nozzle?

The product foams when sprayed from the bottle. There is a special foaming nozzle that the product passes through and foams as it's sprayed. It also contains a foaming agent to create the foam. If you prefer a more normal stream, we recommend using our original SuperClean. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service department at 651-365-7590 or customerservice@superclean.com. We'll be glad to answer any questions you have! The Super Clean Team

is it safe to use on acrylic tubs?

Yes, but you would need to dilute it first as it is high pH cleaner. The Super Clean web site has a chart that shows proper dilution ratios for cleaning just about anything.
