I was excited to try these but was disappointed when I did. They are "OK" taste wise..no bold flavors that is for sure. They will be nice on-the-go to throw in my purse but I wouldn't buy them again - not only because they taste rather bla but also because they were a but expensive.

I was looking for a healthy snack with less sugar and salt with great taste crunch and variety in textures. These are the perfect size for a mid afternoon protein snack and pick me up! I’m not Keto at all but loved the idea of incorporating these into our snack cupboard, car rides and a good protein choice when we are traveling!
