Interesting findings
The typical chapter is plenty of redundant stories, however I found worth a couple of things for which I have valued this book pretty highly:1. A different perspective on movimento and physical activity: things are presented from an anthropologic standpoint which explains way more then some technical essay can do;2. Findings and how to improve movement: core findings (i.e. humans are lazy for biologica reasons) and insights (i.e. physical activity has to be both fun and perceived as necessary to become an habit) come in a fresh fashion

Thought provoking commentary from a very interesting perspective
If you're looking for prescriptive instruction on what you should/should not be doing, this probably isn't the book for you. If, however, you'd like to gain a deeper insight into the exercises we all do, how and why they work (and often don't) then this book contains an almost unbelievable wealth of very useful information which have led to me rethinking my philosophy on keeping fit and helped me introduce some new, healthier, and more sustainable habits which will benefit my psychical and mental health in the long run. This joins a very short list of books that I will be recommending to friends (when they ask of course!)

Exercised : the Sience of Physical Activity by Daniel Lieberman
Zeer goed boek.
