So far so good
I have Otterbox for several phones. Just got a new phone and bought another Otterbox. Only issue I have had is braking the clip on the belt getting in and out of car.

Sent an S20 case and not a Note20. Corners are different
Is package arrived in a plastic rapper not a Box, which is no big deal, but It did not fit The Galaxy note 20. The case that I received has rounded corners.. Likely to fit the Galaxy S20... it does not however fit the note20 which has square corners. The label says it says it fits the note 20 which is incorrect... Mislabeled

Does not fit Samsung Note 20!
This does not actually fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G phone. The phone can't even fit inside and the case corners are round, yet the phone corners are sharp/square. Returned for refund.

Not the right size for phone, more expensive than typical
was not the right size for my not ultra phone - was not clear in the description, took a long time to arrive - returned it and they took it back, so that was a good experience.

Tough Case for tough sites
sturdy. can handle drops well although this will be evident on the case but stands up to the job and fairly versatile case and design.A decent case for building site works. still could have added a slider for the camera lens otherwise a secondary glass protector does the job well like ESR.Like the fact, the clip turns into a stand and can also be used to hold the phone whilst using it more securely.It's not as grippy a year later as it was brand new on the rubber case.

Started out amazing, then after 9 months I remove the case
After having the case around 9 months, I thought I would remove it and check if any dirt had gotten in, no dirt whatsoever but what I did find is that it had complete rubbed and scratched off nearly the entirety of the top of the phone where the sim tray is, so it has caused irreparable damage to the phone and significantly reduced its value. NOT HAPPY is an understatement!

Drop it through it ..it will survive
Great case ..I've dropped my phone at least 48 times in the last month and all the damage I have is a little paint off one of the corners of the phone ..would highly recommend if your a clumzy sod lol

Utilitarian Protection.
Great case. Materials used are good. Fitment is great. Cut outs and buttons are great. Raised bevel edge gives protection when placing the phone face down. Same with the rear camera. Yes worth the buy imo. Has saved my phone from a couple of notible drops...and an accidental crunch in-between a car door...don't ask...Was glad I bought the case!

Case is well made, but I'm a mechanic and this just not up for the task, had my last phone in it and smashed the screen and bent it some how
