This faucet is amazing... the finish is impeccable - nicely brushed nickel that looks so deep it's almost 3 dimensional. The valves and shower lever operate so smoothly it's like they're buttered, and the design itself is quite unique - it really has a classy, vintage look. Everything feels extremely well machined, fitted, and polished - no hint of a sharp or unfinished edge anywhere, even under the mounting area of the tub. Even the water flow out of the spout is pleasant, like a relaxed little waterfall hidden in the woods, which shows the thought that went into the design. Additionally, the company customer service is superb... our installation location is actually in a very large laundry room that had a half bath in it. I took out and replumbed the toilet drain, but decided against extending the pipes from the sink to the tub. I contacted the company, and they custom made me a pair of 8' hoses (with a 3/8" fitting) which I ran to a tee I installed after the valve. The length of the hoses may restrict water flow a small amount due to the small inner diameter, probably adding a couple minutes to the fill time, but it works great - and they got me the hoses in about 3 working days. That's customer service! Do note that the provided hoses will have 1/2" fittings on the pipe end, which is standard for most tub installs - most sinks use 3/8", and they even included adapters to make sure everything fit. Our house came with high end, name brand faucets in the other bathrooms, and this is a much nicer unit. I'd give it, and the company, more than 5 stars if I could!

I bought 3 beautiful faucets for white claw foot tubs. The thoughts have been great and are very beautiful. My baby took one of the faucets that was attached to the hose and bashed it many times very hard on cement and slightly broke it. Their customer service was extremely good and they shipped me out a replacement same day! I would suggest buying from the sellers, they are great.

We wanted an all black faucet and this one is perfect. The box included evryything, even gloves to install without scratching anything. The hose had different fittings then my water line, but they provided the right ones within 3 days... awesome customer service. If you like the look, buy it, the quality is there and the price is great !

The majority of clawfoot tub faucets have that porcelain handle that is supposed to make it look vintage. I'm vintage enough to remember those original porcelain handles and they wear - badly. I hated them! I was absolutely thrilled to find a set that was pure, unadulterated brushed nickel. No fancy add ons or similar. Priced very competitively, and with quick shipping too!Installation was simple (if you remember that the legs are Left and Right - put them on the wrong side and you'll be cursing!) and the finished product is elegant and beautiful.

Hopefully works well. Most likely you will have to change your shut off valves to 1/2" hose compression connect size. Odd plumbing sizes.

Not only do I love this faucet the company was very responsive to my needs. First we needed 3/8 supply lines which they shipped me immediately but we also had a problem with the faucet not reaching far enough into tub. They returned my call within 24 hours and had an extention fabricated at a small price. Thank you so much I am very happy.

This faucet is cute and was easy to install, but we noticed there was some bubbling on the wall and noticed there was a pin sized hole on the back of the faucet that water was squirting out of and damaged the drywall. Also, I noticed that the faucet itself doesn’t have good insulation because when I used the hot water, the entire hot side of the faucet was boiling hot and would burn you if you touched it. If a small child were to touch it they would definitely get burned. I am not happy with this purchase and it’s past my return policy which is only 30 days from the purchase date.

This faucet is beautiful! It’s an amazing edition to the tub. I didn’t check my water supply line’s originally, however I contacted the company, and they sent the specialized supply lines very fast! Awesome customer support, shipping, and product. Will recommend!!
