Great product excellent picture quality

DO NOT BUY BUYER BEWARE This backup camera and touchscreen system is awful! I installed in my volkswagon CC for starters is does not always connect to my phone but when it does it is crackling all the time, there is never any clear sound coming out of it and sometimes it will not even let me connect my Bluetooth as far as the backup camera the instructions were very hard to follow and never had any luck with installing even though I probably spent a total of 10 hours attempting to I could never get the picture to show up DO NOT BUY

Where can you find a Volkswagen compatible double din stereo for this price anywhere everything works easy to install Make sure you unplug one harness one wire because the battery will keep dying if you don't do that

Quick reaction touch screen, sound quality is great but level 1 was extremely too loud for a lowest setting. Installing the unit is very easy in a 2010+ Passat. My 2012 was about 10min getting the unit into the car. HOWEVER, wiring instructions are very vague and would not recommend this for the car audio beginners. You will need a shop to figure out steering wheel controls, back up camera install, etc. ALSO this unit I purchased did not have Applecar play. Even when directly connected via USB in the rear of unit carplay did not work. ANDRIOD ONLY. I’m only returning because I need carplay.

Above all pretty good so far for the money. Bought for a 2010 Jetta. What I do not like is that it is slow, I recommend purchasing something with more RAM. The installation itself is pretty straight forward and easy. The only complex part is wiring the backup camera. I recommend to power it through a relay ergo power to relay through reversing light and power to camera from battery through relay otherwise the Canbus system of the car will create annoying lines on the camera image shown. I also switched out the backup camera against a quality one from Natika. This allows to remove the distance guide lines on the image as my car displayed those with moving angles as per steering wheel.Also the Wifi seems problematic as it will not connect to my house wifi. Cell phone hotspot works but is very slow.There are certain apps that I do not want like “Toppal Voice » but can’t delete. The device setting menu is in terrible English and a lot of guessing is involved to switch settings.The Carplay functionality works perfectly. I wish there were preinstalled logos to make it look more factory. Overall so far it does why I bought it for…

I had a problem with this about a month after I had it. I messed up and let the return window lapse. This unit doesn't cut off sometimes. Will stay on sometimes and drain the battery. The same button that kills the power controls the volume and it doesn't work sometimes. You have to play with the button to get the volume to go up and down. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but it doesn't work at all now. I lost on this purchase.
