it works
handy for using 6mm (not NOT 6.35mm 1/4 inch) router bits in a 1/2 inch router collet. Not really for permanent conversion but useful when one needs to avoid lugging two routers to site. A great deal cheaper than buying a 6mm collet for any router.

My fault wrong size for router should have bought larger size

Terrible adapter
Its absolutely useless, unable to tighten 1/4" shank routers in to my router. So now unable to use new router bits. Don't buy a complete waste of money
