This was a snap to assemble, works like a dream, and it's a pleasure to look at!Bought this from Amazon Warehouse with a damaged box, but the grill was new, factory-packed, and except for one interior corner that was bent (easily straightened with pliers) appears to be absolutely perfect. Great deal!

This grill is horrible the gas is always weak and it constantly loses the flame. I have burned $100s of dollars of meat due to the poor design of the grill it constantly catches on fire. Worst grill I have ever bought would not recommend it.

It was pretty beat up in shipping. Bolt package was falling apart and bolts scatter in container and door hinge missing. Few bent pieces but was able to straighten them. Looking forward to trying it out.

They did a quality assembly in a reasonable amount of time.

The grill has reasonable surface area and a hood temp gauge, stainless steel exterior and a side burner that is more of a warmer if anything as the slightest breeze renders it useless. The propane flow regulator ( silver disk on pipe thing ) that was supplied with the grill will kick down the gas flow upon startup EVERY time and that means it restricts propane flow to the point that the grill surface never heats up past 200 degrees under the hood when it activates. To fix this symptom , you need to remove the propane feed releasing raw ( and dangerous ) propane into the air , wait 30 seconds, put it back, turn it back open very s l o w l y and open a middle burner s l o w l y and if you don't do it correctly, - go start over. We have spent more time trying to make this grill work than actually using it . I'm replacing the factory regulator with some other brand regulator feed and do expect it to be much better but we recommend you skip a step - buy something else with less parts made in China than this one. Having this grill has made me long for Briquettes for the first time in 30 yrs. The regulator didn't work correctly out of the box and hasn't since the first day and yes Ive tried SEVERAL different tanks and ALL cannot overcome this poor design . Better options are out there.

Called Nexgrill, I've had my grill about 8 months and the igniter has stopped working, Customer support told me that Yes, I was under warranty, but would have to pay shipping. She calculated shipping and proceeded to inform me that I could buy the part at Home Depot for $10 and change or I could pay over $16 to have this small part shipped to me.There is NO warranty on this product – they roll the cost of the part into a “shipping charge”. Big Rip-off!I should have bought a Weber!

This is a nice looking grill. Bought it the 5th of July from the orange store. It came pre-assembled so couldn’t be easier than that. First time I go to use it and the regulator leaks at the tank. No matter what I tried, I could not get it to stop. Took the regulator off my old grill (different design fitting) and no issues. Call the company the next day and they are sending me a new regulator free. Can’t speak about the longevity of it yet. Many speak of rust. I’ve come to realize every grill I looked at regardless of brand is stainless steel plated/coated. A magnet stuck to everyone. A magnet will not stick to true stainless. So to me, this is nothing more than an alternative to powder coat or paint. The mils of the coating will determine the amount of protection provided. We will see how it holds up to NJ weather.
