So easy to use
I purchased this for my parents who live in Canada when they were coming to visit me in Houston. I had the card shipped directly to my Mom in Ontario and she called customer service from there to set it up for use once she crossed into the US. It was so incredibly easy to activate and worked flawlessly once she crossed the border. I will only buy these going forward for their trips to the US.

Sim card for friend visits
Not that easy of installation. It’s a little confused at the beginning when setting up as we tried a few phones but the pop up message said the android phones we have is not supported. Finally we just activated and ignore the message and it worked great. Service, connectivity and data are great, no issues at all it’s definitely worth value of money.

great solution
Much easier than going into a store to get a SIM card when traveling to the US. Set up was a breeze. Im so glad to have found this Jethro product.

Terrible setup process
ESI installation could not possibly be more complicated or convoluted. Not only is it difficult to do, but you need at least three or four devices to even be able to approach the subject of installation. While phone assistance is available, it does appear that there’s only one person working there and he is definitely overwhelmed, though very helpful.The documentation provided with the east purchase does not work. The QR codes don’t function and everything leads to a dead end that does not allow for setup. The amount of time and energy that went into this was exhausting and mind-boggling. Save yourself the time of the energy and the headache and just buy a physical Sim or use someone else altogether.

SO MANY Spam calls and texts
It works fine but you are receiving so many spam calls and texts!!!! It’s annoying!!

Perfect, works.Only the instruction is confusing:The internetpage for activation doesn’t work proper on a iPhone/ipad under safari or chrome.> 3 time ‘System error’ when you open it >> link for “active” under Service didn’t work straight forward.Just go upper right corner.Make a account and add the SIM (I put 2 off then into 1 account with the same adress)Very happy now
