The PIR Detector /Door detector works up to 3rd floor , approx. distance of 45ft / 30ft respectively, through every corners. The motion sensor works up to 60 feet. The remote has also the long range It works excellent and I am able to get the alerts and also able to switch off and arm / disarm the system thro my mobile. I have make schedule for Arm & Disarm work perfectly. I have placed PIR detector placed in 3 floor . At present, Over all the system works and is doing its job. Nice product I would rate it as 5*. I wish it has more range for the sensors. I will write more review after 3 to 4 months use. Nice support from seller. I received prompt reply when I needed.

Installation: 1. There is a installation video on youtube probably by a chinese speaker. I had a tough time following her instructions. 2. There is an installtion booklet that comes along with the package. This booklet is easier to follow. it is called smart security system User Guide. On page 15 we find the Getting Started sections. Before doing anything we need to download and install the Smart Life app on the mobile which one will use to connect to the avance system panel or what is called the hub. On the hub go to Menu->Wi-fi->smart link configure. AFter about 10-20 secs it will display smart link mode. Now on the app, open the app, go to Add Device or just press the + sign. Make sure your mobile bluetooth is on. The command sequence is app->device add->sensor-> Wi-Fi alarm-> confirm blink quickly and now watch the panel to come up with configuration OK. The system hub is now connected to your app via Wi-Fi. You will also see the Wi-Fi icon flashing on the panel top left. There is a SoftApp mode also given in the user guide but I never tried it and do not know if it works. Connecting the Panel to the motion sensor and the door sensor is easy and works exactly as given in the user guide. I have not succeeded in connecting the two remotes to the panel yet. The siren connection is done following the instructions. ALl this can be done by keeping the devices on the table. It is not ncessary that you do all this close proximity to your router or modem. If the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough on the mobile all the above steps are easily done. If you have any difficulty in following the intructions Rajeev Wasan is available on whatsapp to guide you through. He has enormous patience and takes genuine interest in getting his product installed by his buyersThe fact that the bluettoth has to be on I found out by accident because the app flashes this message. It is not mentioned in the User Guide. But it is a minor issue

After a long research , I found this security system the best in market . Easy to install , value for money and excellent performance. It’s been 3 months now and does a brilliant job so far . I give 5 starts to this product .

Its not working properly and no service also

Works good and reliable works with WIFI and GSM, if we use GSM need to charge a sim for evry month, if we are using existing WIFI home connection there is no additional expense. The motion detectors and door sensors are quite good functional.

The seller helped with my query on the wall mount installation and the product quality is also excellent.
