Two Otoscopes, Both Not Working
They must not do any quality-assurance, because we returned the first defective otoscope just to receive another non-working one. New batteries, wife is a pediatrician who is well versed using an otoscope. The light simply won't turn on. Boo, waste of time. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, instead it was just extra work.

How to order light bulb
As a retired physician, I am using this otoscope for my family. It worked well a month ago, but when I went to resuse it it was dead. I put in new batteries and still no light. I think I need a new bulb, but can't find out how to order it. Thanks

how bright is the light
The product was well liked and easy to use. I especially liked the ease of use being a pocket edition

Poor quality and light died quickly
I am a medical student and was only able to use this for 4 weeks before the light died. Changing batteries didn't work, so I assume it is the light bulb. The view on it is very blurry and it is hard to determine landmarks and even see the membrane clearly. Would never buy this again.

Replaced my 40 year old otoscope.

Light stopped working
Worked well for the first two months and now it’s just not working. I did not drop or damage it to cause this problem
