Works like a charm
Used this for controlling venting fans in utility switching boxes in the desert. I need the speed of the fan to adjust to the wildly fluctuating temperatures of the environment, and keep the temps from soaring inside the box.

A solider performer for a year now
My car stereo was overheating in my dash during the winter, because too much of my car's heat was leaking behind the dashboard. I bought a 120mm fan and this controller, and my stereo has been running cool ever since. I screwed the controller's temperature sensor close to the stereo's heat sink, and the fan goes on exactly when appropriate. Every once in a while I stick my finger into the dash so I can feel the metal of the stereo, just to confirm it's still working. Success!

Work well
Bought 2 of these to make fan controllers for the fans in my RV Inverter. They work fine. However, be aware that the temperature thresholds mentioned for the "fixed" mode are not accurate. So, I used the variable mode and just tuned them to cut in at the temperature I wanted.

Works great, well-made, perfect size
This controller is super easy to wire and use. I left it on the default 30C setting so it turns the fans on at that temperature, then ramps them up to full speed as the temperature climbs, and ramps them back down and then off as the temp drops. I'm running five 25-mm fans in parallel to cool the heat sink on an amplifier; they're too loud to leave powered on all the time, but they're super quiet when running at low to moderate speed. The board is also easy to mount. It has a single mounting hole in the center for a mounting screw and standoff, but I opted for 3M Dual Lock strips for my application since the controller is well protected and doesn't need anything more to secure it. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent
I mounted a charge controller and solar in my RV this week. I noticed the cooling fins were getting quite hot so I installed a small .2amp computer fan and this unit to cycle the fan in and off as needed. The heat sensor (adjustable) works great along with the variable fan speed depending on temperature of cooling fins

Meh
No documentation makes this pretty annoying to work with. I'm not electronics engineer, so I had real trouble with this. No label on the the No.6 mode switch, so no idea if it's in Fixed mode or Adjustable mode. Not sure what "turn counterclockwise for 20-15 C, turn Right for 20-50 C means... why would it have 5 degrees adjustability in one direction, and 30 in the other? And I don't know of a great way to test what temperature it's actually set at. Finally, it fried my first 12v, 1A power supply for seemingly no reason, but it works ok with the other. Except... the fans kind of twitch back and forth when I plug it in, until I get up to whatever random temperature it decides to turn on at.

Works
A bit bigger than i thought but it works and that's what counts

Actually varies the fan speed
This seems to be a nice little fan controller. I’ve only bench tested it so far, but since the description was a little vague, I wanted to say that the controller does in fact vary the speed of the fan once it comes on; it’s not just an on/off controller (the picture I attached shows the fan voltage when I heated the temp sensor, then removed it from the heat). The maximum temperature mine would come on at is 150°F, which is exactly what I need for my application.
