Comes in a lovely case, well made and very comfortable, sadly, for me the battery life was awful and the outgoing sound was dreadfully,( incoming was perfect)The unit arrived very quickly and the company has been perfect over its return.THIS REVIEW IS OF MY EXPERIENCE ONLY.The company have since been in touch and supplied me with a better unit as a way of reconpence, and I have o say its superb, maybe this is how on line shopping is done.....well done guys
