A worthwhile purchase!
These glasses would really benefit those who have trouble falling asleep initially. That wasn't too much of an issue for me. But I did notice when wearing them while watching TV, and for an hour or two before bed, I was always very sleepy and ready to sleep. I think they're very much worth a try. In terms of sleep maintenance and help with waking up throughout the night, I didn't have any noticeable difference. That's a difficulty that does continue. But I'm glad I brought these and recommend them for anyone having similar issues. They work well on top of my prescription glasses. And they also work just fine without my prescription glasses underneath them. Do not look terribly glamorous, but that was not the purpose. They seem to be well made. I'm so grateful there are products like this available.

Best for late night Netflix binging
These were so comfortable and really helped my sleep - that I bought a second pair for my wife. These glasses fit right over our existing glasses with no discomfort. Now with these glasses, and my circadian-rhythm-setting-blue lights for dawn, my body is fully timed to our ancestors' original human experience as hunter gatherers! Thanks to Dave Asprey for inventing this and his fabulous MCT Oil, Coffee and supplements. I'm a loyal customer of his, now.

Poor Quality for the Price (frame causes headaches)
So, for the $82 they're selling for, one would expect more than a cheap plastic frame (which others say broke after a short time). Not only that, but it's a very inflexible frame. I felt as though it was easing my eye strain, but after no more than 2 hours wearing them I started to get a bad headache ... due to the fact that the inflexible plastic frame was acting like a vice grip on my head (I don't have a HUGE header either). Some here have said that "True" Dark is "Too" Dark, where it's difficult to see a computer screen, and you wonder if you're not actually straining your eyes MORE by having to keep focused on the screen. After wearing them for 2 hours, I took them off, and my vision was more blurry than before I put them on. So in every respect these are an epic fail, and a total ripoff at $82.

They WORK!
I have struggled with insomnia for years. I read about these glasses and bought a pair. Best thing I ever did! They WORK! I wear them 1 or 2 hours before bed and I am more tired when I go to bed, I sleep deeper and noticed the difference right away. Just bought a second pair for a back up. These have cured my insomnia. I am so thankful! Worth every penny!

Slight light leakage but seems negligible. Works as intended
I bought these glasses because they have the most blocking range on the market. For that, I appreciate these glasses. They do what they're intended to do, help make you more tired. I also feel a little calmer after using these. I just wish there was zero light leakage (despite the wraparound design there is a little) and this one isn't as important and maybe just me being lazy, but I wish you could just fall asleep in them without having to worry about breaking them. Not saying they don't feel durable but that would have been a nice feature, but one I understand would probably be hard to achieve. The little light leakage these glasses have don't make too much of a difference, just a little. You don't really experience it if you don't look or move your head around too much. It's just a little worrying cause I wanted to block out as much harmful light as possible, but like I said, it seems negligible.
