My deconstruct vit c serum started to crystallize, is it normal or something i should worry about?

The particles are ferulic acid and were always dispersed in the serum. We have used pure ferulic acid which can be extremely sensitive to storage conditions but this does not affect the potency or safety of the serum.

The climate is really hot if we order the serum will it get oxidized when its out for delivering?
