Tortilla Espanola Essential
If you want to make authentic tortilla espanola then this is a must have pan. Easy to use and it produces a perfect tortilla every time. I will never make one without using this again.

Great for making omelettes and frittatas
Great pan and it makes it super easy to make frittatas and omelettes. My only wish is that the interlocking hinge was more reliable.

Did not last even a year
My pans arrived with one slightly loose handle, I tightened it a bit on my own and reached out to manufacturer about the issue. No response, after several re-tightenings it finally completely came off. Reached out again to manufacturer and again, no response. Aside from that I would have loved them, the nonstick coating is nice and they heat evenly.

Perfect tortilla espanola pan!
The Amazon photo shows the interior to be solid black. The actual product is speckled with white spots. I returned my 1st order, thinking that it was defective. I reordered and found that it, too, was speckled in white. Es lo gue es. It works perfectly, as flipping the tortilla was becoming a chore for me. No leaking and no problem with anything falling out!
