So far it is working great!
I installed this over the weekend as well as used the calibration tool and everything went together as planned. I had zero issues. I do wish it would have come with the grease for the gears but luckily I had some I could use. I now have turbo in my truck! I typically like to buy OEM for this stuff but when I did some research as to what needed done it opened my eyes especially the push for this to be done by the dealer because the actuator needs calibrated and not everyone has the proper tools and software to do this. Also, there is a shortage of OEM parts right now and my dealer didn't even have the part to do this.. And the OEM part was $$$ as well as the labor... and they still could not do this because they did not have any inventory of the actuator. So I decided to try this rout and so far I'm pleased with everything.Remember that turbo actuators can fail if you do not let it cool down properly after hauling a heavy load. Need to let your truck run for a few minutes (look the time up) before shutting it off to let the coolant do its job and cool the turbo and the actuator down so they do not over heat and fail. This is my initial review and if something changes, I will update my review.**Update 3/29/23 1 year later and I have not had any issues. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Does what its designed to do but failed
The media could not be loaded. Update 07/21/23Amazon great job on $95 restocking fee if outside 30 day window while product have 2 year warranty. Long story short get yourself a HOLSET unit not this piece. Seller is nowhere to be found. Amazon issued a refund with $95 less due to restocking fee I wonder who will get this actuator you will not be happy. On hold for over 1 hours trying to get a way to reach out the seller.Update 07/18/23So update will just give 2 stars, code remained permanently and got me straight Holset brand 1 week ago. So a bit about my unit, so i am having boost and will just cancel and jerk the truck or lets say i have 10psi will drop to 5 and jerk it and i will have the pedal to the metal. On exhaust brake you can feel it struggles to run. It didn't last 2 months.Update 6/18/23Its been 2 weeks since instalation and turbo lag is too big. You might get code P226C but i learned how to deal with it but giving the circumstances this product might go back to the seller. I do a lot of towing and this is no good for me. Looking for alternative but if you are not towing boost is there and no lag only while towing. Will do another update to give proper review.I just installed it today on my 2018 Ram 3500 6.7 Dually 6/4/23 and honestly boost i had compared with what i got is wow. Before was barely 1psi now 20-22 psi at 1st and second gear. I would recommend this product at this time. Will update in the future due to 2 year warranty how this product works. Only down side is coolant drain and mess but at the end i got my truck full power back. Fallow instructions in the video and wont make a mistake hit red to clear white to start programing and install actuator and blue to finish programing. Hope video of my OBD port helps to see the boost and helps next guys buying these product.

Fixed my Actuator CEL codes 6.7 Cummins
Previously I was living in my camper when this went out and I had to pay a dealer $4000 to replace and it failed 3 years later outside of warranty. That was a genuine MOPAR actuator part that still failed in 3 years after spending all that money. I decided to replace it myself this time and so far it has worked flawlessly. If this lasts anywhere near the previous part then I will be very pleased with this purchase. I had a couple questions for the seller and they were very responsive and I wanted to leave this review to support them. I have a 2014 2500 Cummins 6.7. Required NO calibration and it works great. YouTube has some good videos on a couple steps to ensure you replace it correctly. Fairly simple to install.

failed!!
actuator failed less than 7 months after purchasing. contacted seller about a warranty replacement and heard nothing back. horrible customer service followed by a worse product!! save your money and buy a factory actuator or a factory rebuilt actuator. also contacted amazon and was left on the line for over an hour with only a "im working on fixing your issue" responses. amazon customer service is a joke now that its all outsourced!!

Works good .
Pre-calibrated ? Not sure if it’s a fact . But it’s working fine and I will amend this review after I confirm the calibration.

Lasted a year and a half
Worked great until now. That makes it a little more than a year and a half.Had a roadside mechanic recalibrate it with the OBD2 tool that he kept on hand, but less than 2000 miles later it went out again. Unfortunately the pictured OBD2 calibration tool was not included with the actuator kit. Instead it came with a different calibration tool that can only be used during installation on the actuator itself. It does not connect to the OBD2 plug under the dash.So it went out again, 1300 miles from home, and locked up the exhaust brake and then lost connection to turbo altogether. Drove about 20 mph on the shoulder to get to an exit. After about 5 minutes idling it started working again and I was able to make it to a motel. Been waiting all weekend for diesel shop to open. Had this kit came with the pictured OBD2 calibration tool then I could have recalibrated the way the roadside mechanic did and possibly made it home.Diesel shop about to open. I'll know shortly if we'll have to replace it again, or if this one is actually salvageable. But it's looking like replacement needed.Be cautious buying this product. If it doesn't come with everything pictured and advertised, then send it back.I included in the photos the recent trouble codes and also the OBD2 calibration tool that was pictured in ad, but not included in order. That tool is essential. Keep it in your truck at all times.I'll update review if needed.
