This seasoning is used as a dipping sauce, sauce, or soup for Japanese noodles including soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon (wheat noodles). This all-purpose seasoning can be used as the base of popular Japanese flavors, so it is all you need to make many types of Japanese-style dishes including sukiyaki and gyudon (beef bowl with rice). Ingredients : Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybeans , Wheat , Salt, Soybeans ), Sugar, Salt, Ethyl Alcohol, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Extrin, Salt), Shiitake Mushroom Extract (Dextrin, Shiitake Mushroom, Salt, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein , Yeast Extract), Flavour Enhancer E635, Kelp Extract (Kelp, Salt), Acids E270 and E260.
