I love it. There is a learning curve to setting times & get accustomed to the knobs but I love the color and I love how it is both pretty & mighty in its performance. Especially ideal if you want something smaller, appealing, & strong enough to get the job done.

Bumped this rating up because despite my unsatisfaction with the company support, the oven itself is very nice. My “must-haves” for a microwave were:1) A +30 second button (not 60), which on this one is big and easy, in the middle of the knob.2) An actual handle on the door instead of a button (although the hinges feel a bit flimsy).3) Holds large dinner plates. This one holds 12” and yet the overall size is compact.Other nice features: The clock/display is white and extremely bright. The overall retro look (red) is very cool. The clock also can do 24-hr mode if you use military time.OLD review but still unresolved: The process for registering the warranty online is broken. To enter "date of purchase" it doesn't let you pick anything later than 31 Dec 2023. I tried anyway because my receipt shows the correct date, but when I click "Submit" it just spins forever without showing any result or progress, and I don't receive the email confirmation.

this is perfect for my small counter space. Microwave works great! Comes in cute colors. I got the red one.

My older larger microwave finally died and I bought this one. It is small, but perfectly adequate to my needs. I find the lettering under the buttons difficult to read, and the instructions almost impossible to understand, but as long as I just turned the dial to the time I want to warm something up it works great.

I love it! My nephews unboxed it for me and then we all stood around admiring it for a while, it's absolutely gorgeous! The controls are intuitive, it cooks as well as the 1100 watt microwave it replaced, the fan is out the side instead of the top like the last one, which means I can store napkins and the dish cover on top, it's perfect.

It is small and suits my purposes. Really pleased with how it looks and functions. Seems to take a bit of time to heat coffee, but I can adjust to that.

Tired of all the black or stainless steel microwaves that have push button latches. Wanted a handle and saw this one that had the handle and a retro type look with really great color selections. Got it in pale blue/green and it looks great. Well put together, solid frame and construction. Microwave function works as expected. Runs quietly. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Also everyone who sees it wants one.

This is an absolutely beautiful red microwave oven. Unfortunately the timer doesn't work. You can set the timer. You can turn it on. And it will work. But not with the microwave oven. Which won't turn on. The timer turns on but not the oven. The timer has a set 3O second option. So you have to use the 3O seconds over and over again in order to use the timer for more than 3O seconds. So if you need 3 minutes you have to push the pre-set 3O second timer over and over again until you reach close to 3 minutes.If you call Galanz tech-support you will simply be told to unplug the oven for two hours and then push the dial to reset the microwave oven. Which does nothing other than turn the oven on for 3O seconds.So if you want a microwave oven with a working timer. Do not buy this absolutely beautiful red microwave oven. As the timer only works for 3O seconds at a time. Which will drive you crazy. Please see the other reviews which complain of this issue. Which indicates that Galanz is selling a product which simply doesn't work as marketed. Or their instruction manual is simply incorrect. And Galanz apparently has no solution to this issue.

Ya tengo rato usándolo y si salió bueno (dudaba un poco) es muy bonito el diseño, combina bien con mi casa y su funcionalidad es la de un horno de microondas como tal, buen espacio dentro del horno, cabe un plato extendido y las palomitas para micro sin problema todo al 1005 estrellas, excelente servicio
