Buying My Second One Today
After using this cane for nearly two years I have decided I have to break down and purchase another one because just one look at this thing proves it never leaves my side. I have another cane that is nice and looks better when I’m dressing up to go out but I rarely choose it over the one that I trust. This cane has wonderful stability and functionality. The only thing I would really appreciate is a way to change the handle wrap. Because the handle is a closed loop there is no way to slide a new one on. However I am considering using a tool dip on my old faithful so that I can still use it when I’m in my workshop and hopefully keep the new one free of paint and various other things. If you want a can that provides consistent support and enhanced functionality then this is the cane for you.

I love this cane
I had a cane lime this one previously and lost it, I bought a replacement cane and I didn't like it at all. It should have stood by itself, but it kept falling over if i wasn't holding it. This cane strands by itself so I can let go to use both hands for something else if need be, This is especially handy when I am shopping. I like how it folds up so I can fold it and store it when I am traveling on an airplane. It has two grips which helps me rise from a sitting position. I also like the light feature as it helps light up a darkened hallway or driveway at night. The only problem is if I don't hold it in a certain way I find myself inadvertently turning the light off and on as I grip the cane and walk.

Sturdy
I am almost 6' and weigh 180lbs. I was having trouble getting off of the home furniture. This has helped so much. I use it as an at home cane only, as it is a little bulky compared to a basic cane. I did search everywhere for a cane with this design that didn't have a flashlight. I was unsuccessful. I have found that it can be helpful in the dark though. The 1 real negative with this cane is the flashlight on off button. I periodically turn it on by accident and don't realize it until I see the lights reflection somewhere. Overall I'm very happy with this cane.

Features that you didn't know you needed
The double handles and flashlight are awesome, everywhere we go people want to know where we purchased it!The light is great for improved sidewalk visibility at night and it is just the right height to shine on the door lock for me.The second handle is the perfect height to assist rising from a sitting position - as the cane adjusts to your height so this works for my tall husband and my much shorter height. The only problem we have is the cane tips over easily if there isn't a place to hook the lanyard (my husband has become a pro at stepping on the base to bring up the cane from the floor to his hand). Because the top is heavy, most table/counter cane rests don't work.

Get up & Go and >FALL DOWN
These GET UP AND GO CANES ARE DANGEROUS. WHY? Because the folding shaft sections do not lock in place and the sections actually rotate while your walking AND the four prong rubber base also rotatates, as if it is too large for the shaft. I FELL AND HIT THE PAVEMENT THE FIRST DAY,- these are not stable. However the lights are nice if needed. Overall I would label these as a consumer safety risk.

Strong, Sturdy and Great Two Handle Design ! - But the light...
Recently had unexpected back surgury and found myself needing a little "help" during recovery. Getting up and down from the chair was impossible, without using something to transfer my weight. This two-handle design, with large foot worked great. I weigh 200 pounds and this supported all of my weight at times, with no problem. It helped getting in and out of cars and going up steps. The padded handles are comfortable and provide a sure grip.nMy only complaint is the light in the handle. First, I didn't need a light, but the issue is the switch. It's on the handle, exactly where you grip. EVERY time I used the cane, I turned on the light. I took the battery out, but still "click click", every time I grabbed the handle. Still, great product !

It's just not that hard to figure out. Some people 🙄
A very nice cane. The people writing bad reviews of it just don't know how to use it. It DOES adjust. To four separate heights. It DOES help and help a lot with standing up from a chair. You need to pull it close to your body and push up and outward not just willy nilly grab and stand. It's a cane not a magicians wand. Now about the flashlight. If you need a cane, you shouldn't be walking in the dark and just because it gets damaged in shipping is no reason to give the product a 1star rating. Give UPS or the postal service a 1star rating.

Good as a second cane for balance or a little support
Works well as a travel cane. If u just need to use it for a little support it’s good. But after a major surgery and you put some weight on it the cane could break. I’m a 39 yr old 6ft 210lbs that had hip replacement. It never broke but I didn’t trust it. Also before I stopped using the cane it was bending/bowing. Do not let any person use it if they need to put some weight on it and they’re not steady on their feet.

Tip doesn't really stand on its own very well.
