I can hear myself talk and the mic doesn't really adjust like away from the mouth. It doesn't work well at all with Avaya or Gensys

I love the headset! It’s a little stiff when you first use it but you just gotta set it to how it fits your head and fits like a glove!I feel it is very loud which is great! And the noise cancellation is really good as well! Sound quality is good given that I’m using it for my call center job, not for listening to music! Perfect for call center workers and people who zoom often!
