Mechanical Feel Without The Price
This is a great keyboard I use it for work and have had zero issues it types great and feels great to type on. The screen that is built in is not the brightest but even in full office lighting it is still fully readable. 10 out of 10 Would Recommend

Smooth, quiet, and responsive. I like it !
Overall I really like this keyboard. The keys are responsive and smooth and typing is very quiet compared to mechanical keyboards. The volume knob is convenient and very convenient if you watch a lot of videos/movies or listen to a lot of music. One of the main reasons I chose this wired keyboard is because my wireless LED keyboard would auto dim after 2 minutes of inactivity and I needed the keys to stay lit indefinitely since I work in a dark room for long periods of time. I did NOT install the keyboard management software since the basic lighting control features are available without additional software. The included wrist rest is a nice extra but I probably won't use it due to size limitations.I did initially have some frustrating issues with this keyboard when using with a KVM switch to connect to both my home PC and work laptop at the same time. When using with my home PC everything was perfectly fine but when I switched the KVM switch to use my work laptop the keyboard would become unresponsive after a few minutes even though all the LED lights stayed lit. This was very frustrating and required that I unplug and re-plug the keyboard every few minutes. Ultimately I was able to resolve this by going to my Windows device manager under "Human Interface Devices" and locating the Steel Series APEX 3 keyboard and then right clicking and choosing to update Driver and then choose the option to Browse Computer for Drivers >> Let me pick from List of Available Drivers >> and then pick "USB Input Device" instead of SteelSeries to install the Generic Driver instead. After I made that change it has not frozen up once and all is good for now.

Better than more expensive keyboards!
Looks amazing feels amazing and cheap! You should definitely get this keyboard. It’s a good brand and looks great. It matches my mouse too. I got it for my PS5 and I’ve never played on keyboard and mouse but this keyboard makes it not as hard. Great keyboard for the price!

JUST GET IT!
Quick review.1) I CAN TYPE AGAIN! I had switched to a turtle beach vulcan and there's a gap between the keys that I just cannot get used to. The feel, size of keys, near-silent typing, feel great. It's really nice to type on. It's heavy and feels well built. I was able to snag this (TKL Apex3) for $34. Amahhhzing value.2) THE M1-M6 KEYS ARE NOT INDEPENDENT! You cannot bind them as meta keys as you can in the Apex7 keyboard. You will have to replace your insert key, or etc. I REPEAT: You CANNOT bind to the M1-M6 keys on the Apex3.3) I hadn't noticed when purchasing that there is no dedicated print screen key. So as mentioned above, I changed my insert key to act as print screen as I have come to rely on the snipping tool quite frequently. In summary, at 30-40$ this keyboard is a...Steel! Ha.

Nice, customizable, but whipser quiet? Really?
The SteelSeries TKL keyboard is a nicely build accessory for laptop gaming. That is what I primarily use it for when traveling. It is lightweight, sleeps into my laptop backpack, and doesn't take up much room. Once you download their software, you can customize the lighting patterns, which is a very nice touch. They do have several pre-programmed lighting options, but you ultimately can customize it all. Well done!My only complaint is what they are calling "whisper quiet". I was skeptical about how quiet it could be. I type this review on my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard (wired) and the sound from typing the keys sounds exactly the same as the SS TKL. They keys are not as pronounced as the SS TKL, but I was expecting to hardly hear them. Now when gaming, I don't notice it at all. I am too focused on the gaming. However, when browsing the web or doing in-game chat instead of voice, then I notice the sound. Anyway, I would say their push and advertising "whisper quiet" is not accurate at all, so if the selling point for you is a quiet keyboard when you tap the keys you may be disappointed with this TKL. I think my built in laptop keyboard is quieter actually.Otherwise I think it is a good price for what you get. A lightweight wired keyboard that you can customize a few buttons, change up the RGB lighting behind the keys, and being wired you know there won't be moments when the battery dies mid-game. The only ding, IMO, is the false advertising for "whisper quiet" keys. No different than a cheaper every-day keyboard from what I can tell.
