Does exactly what it says on the tin
If you read the product description, and I did, you get a card with the product key on it. It was all I was expecting (who has a DVD drive now anyway). The written instructions that Elite e-mailed me worked perfectly. They gave me the link that was need to download the Office 2021 software from Microsoft. It downloaded and installed without issue. I opened one of the applications (Word), it asked me to sign in or enter a product key. I entered the product key that was printed on the card that they sent me and it activated. No hassle, really simple and easy. I am very happy with it. It is not a big con as one previous reviewer stated.

This is not a one time purchase for MAC users although they advertise that it does.
I have requested a refund or a license key that works with my MAC. I have been sent a new license key as the first one was not compatible with MAC

Best office product, SAY NO to 365
Don’t sell your life to 365 hell or cloud storage …take responsibility for your own data and buy this version of office. Comes with PowerPoint and outlook word and excel.

Low price and fantastic after-sale help
Something was wrong, but the head of Customer Service, Jessica, immediately and cheerfully put it right. She couldn't have been more helpful. I'll come back to this company again.

GENUINE MICROSOFT PRODUCT PLAGUED WITH COMMERCIAL ADVERTS
Seems to be a genuine microsoft product and easy to install once you get the correct link. Big down side PLAGUED WITH ADVERTS. So not only do Microsoft charge the earth, but plague with constant adverts.

This is a scam
You receive a code number and are directed to a website to download the software. The website does not exist, but the URL triggers an insecure download of unrelated material. This product is completely useless and probably harmful to your computer

Verified MS Office License
Quick and easy to install. Was less expensive and much easier and faster than buying directly from Microsoft.com.
