Yes, you could use the first 1Mii Bluetooth adapter as a Bluetooth transmitter, and the second 1Mii Bluetooth adapter as a Bluetooth receiver, and pair. Make sure that both mixer and amp have 3.5mm aux audio port, and one is audio in, another is audio out. Thanks.

So i just plug this into the sound out port on my pc and then my pc will be bluetooth enabled ?

Probably the headphones port is what you need. I use this device on my ancient (10 year old) iPod classic and it works perfectly to transmit the output to a bluetooth speaker. It also works from my pc (because I tested it) but I don't use it for that because I have wired speakers.
