Overfills I can’t adjust where the bobbin fills

It arrived on time and in new condition. I have wound several bobbins for my Yamata industrial machine (same as Juki 8700) and this little winder is faster and more reliable than the winder on my machine. I worked in a sample sewing room with all industrial equipment and they used separate bobbin winders all the time. It must be a thing with industrial sewing machines.The plate it attaches to has little silicone pads to help stabilize it. The thread holders cannot go all the way through the holes for them due to the short height of the pads underneath, but so far it hasn't been an issue. Mine is loud, since it is so fast the noise is over pretty quickly. I did not touch the tension knob and it works great out of the box. You might have to adjust for your thread or bobbins. I use Gutermann thread and metal bobbins. I have not tried it with plastic bobbins for home machines since those work consistently.

Bought used, great value. Works perfectly, and after adjusting tension, realised I should have bought much sooner.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve tried plastic bobbins, and they end up getting stuck on the winder and you have to pry it off with pliers, which warps and breaks the bobbin. I bought metal bobbins, and they don’t even stay on, and end up coming off the winder every second. DO NOT BUT
