Very impressive product. I heard about the success my coworker had with true nano h2. He said when taking them he felt a natural boost in energy but what sold me on them is that he said he didn’t get a COLD when taking them, that they prevented the early symptoms signs from progressing into coughs sneezes and stuffy noses. I couldn’t believe it, Ive been tired of getting sick all the time, so I went and bought some.Just incredible, works exactly as intended; stops viruses in there tracks, raises energy levels, plus I taste a little garlic with my breakfast and/or dinner when taking them. All around plus for me. I will be buying them again.

I don't know how that turns into molecular hydrogen. I do know that I am a person who needs just a little bit of extra magnesium sometimes and this is just the right amount for me. Most magnesium supplements are way too strong for me. That being said, $29 is way too much to pay for 60 caps.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. I will say, if you're looking for an energy boost, GET UP and move around. If you're sitting in front of a computer it's not quite the rush you'd need but if you're up and at it I think it definitely helps. Absolutely make sure you take it before eating though or you will taste and smell like garlic and at times it's unpleasant.

Seems to help with energy, but I wanted it more to keep mosquitoes away from me. I think it works because my husband gets mosquito bites more than me. He “doesn’t like to take pills”. I don’t like to either but I like mosquito bites even less so….

This True Nano H2 with Garlic by H2 Universe is a powerful, great-mix, and excellent supplement. As I inspected it, it looks pure, high quality, and satisfying. The appearance, texture and color of the content looks clean, pristine, and processed well. I only take a single capsule (or two when needed) of this supplement daily, often before meals or after dinner before sleep. As an adult man, I also noticed this supplement is easy to swallow, consume, and has no unlikable after-taste. For me, it neutral and rich. I’ve been using this supplement for month or more now. There’s little to no undesirable or pungent smell in it and the flavor is natural and mild. In my experience, it has boosted my energy every time I take it. I’d never even heard of this type of supplement prior to seeing it here, but thought I would give it a try to see if it would improve one of my various autoimmune issues. It’s too soon to say though, and I’m not a fan of the garlic at all.

Hydrogen water tablets have been thoroughly researched and are proven to generate 5-10 ppm (milligrams per Liter) of hydrogen when dissolved. I have some reservations about using hydrogen capsules (swallowing them instead of dissolving in water and drinking) - as producing hydrogen involves a chemical reaction that generates heat and I'm not sure this should ideally be taking place in your stomach.That being said, the hydrogen capsules are designed so that the hydrogen produced is fully absorbed by the body, with no loss of hydrogen into the air like when dissolving a tablet in water. While this sounds reasonable in theory, I don't believe there is enough evidence to support hydrogen capsules compared to hydrogen tablets or purchasing a generator, which has a virtually infinite lifespan.Optimal daily hydrogen intake looks to be around 3-4 mg. The product claims that each capsule produces 2 mg of hydrogen, so 2 capsules per day should get you your daily dose. That being said, hydrogen tablets produce 2-4 times more hydrogen than these capsules.Overall - these are high quality hydrogen capsules and I'm confident they do work. You can't beat the convenience if that is what you are after. But in my opinion, tablets or electric hydrogen generators are a better value. The added "garlic" in this is laughable and meaningless. 105mg garlic powder won't offer any health benefits.

I received the bottle of True Nano H2 Plus Garlic to try. Doctor's say that garlic is a great addition to your daily routine to boost immunity. But who wants to eat garlic every single day? These tiny capsules are a great alternative. They are tiny and have only a light taste of garlic. Yes, you can smell garlic when you open the bottle. But it doesn't make your body or breath smell of garlic.These capsules do give me an energy burst and I like the anti-aging qualities too. I'm of an age when anti-aging is definitely on my radar.
