BissellCrossWave® X7 Cordless Pet Pro Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, 3011

So I bought the old version of us it was a blue with a cord and it was absolutely awful you had a wash the roller it didn’t even touch the floor properly I didn’t get enough stuff off the floor it would miss so much hair and so when I saw that they made a new version of this I decided I wanted to try it and if I didn’t like it I could obviously always return it through Amazon so I bought it and I’m absolutely in love with it it’s absolutely amazing the roller cleans itself if it’s not fully clean after one you can just hit the button again and it cleans it and the rollers like clean clean like I definitely don’t need to clean it again also the it cleans like the top of your rug so well it definitely has way better suction than the old one used to it gets all the little dog hairs up I have a rug a bowl rug and it also is really great for like if you have an under layer soft pad under your rug because sometimes regular raccoons don’t get like all the little one Lenten stuff that can get on there. I recommend getting it it is a 10 out of five absolutely amazing best thing I’ve got this year

I spent $500 on this in Feb and it broke completely in June. It was good while it lasted but 4 months is crazy. All would have been ok if they weren't the worst company I have ever dealt with from a customer service perspective. When the machine broke, I called Amazon who looped in Bissell on a 3 way call. Bissel rep did a trouble shooting and confirmed it needed to be returned and said he would send me shipping label and replace for free. the label never came. I have been called Biseel for 2 days, only to be hung up on multiple times, transferred back to the main operator multiple times- culminating with a woman in the Cross Wave department telling me she had 5 kids and doesn't care how long I have been on hold and hanging up on me. I called Amazon and told them everything and they tried to call Bissel only to also be hung up on! then the Amazon rep said Bissell blocked the Amazon rep from called? Amazon offered me if I got directly though them 20% restocking fee which makes me sick that I am paying $100 to get this dealt with. I will call Amazon back again when there is a different suprivosr working. This is going on hour 3 of me dedicating to just get this machine dealt with a replaced. It's been horrible. Amazon customer service helped a bit because technically I am outside the 60 day Amazon return but they say first hang how horrible Bissel has been BUT the 20% fee is still really upsetting to me. I will never buy Bissell again. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY BISSELL/

Overall would I recommend this product? Yes! It is does the job of both a vacuum and a mop all at once which cuts down cleaning time by half. Couple of criticisms though: sometimes if the roller is over saturated it will leave water marks on the floor. This not a vacuum that you can use to reach high areas in your house. It’s just not make for that so you will need a dust buster or something for those hard to reach high corners. The device itself is pretty heavy so if that’s an issue don’t get this.

Bissell replaced my first purchase, great customer service, however the replacement is almost equally dysfunctional. I spend more time troubleshooting, unclogging, tweaking parts than I do cleaning floors. This was an investment. I am completely disappointed. I guess it is time to look elsewhere. Bissell has a major investment in a product that did not work for me. I guess they will continue offering these until their stock is depleted. Save yourself $500 and look elsewhere. I have sets of unused brushes and filters, interested?

I love the fact it is cordless; if you are using this longer than a half-hour you probably need something bigger and more heavy-duty. I look at this as something you'd use every few days. It takes a bit of prepping to use (fill the reservoir with soap and water) and it does run out of both soap mix and you will need to empty out the dirty reservoir fairly often. Cleaning will take a few minutes. All in all, I think it is fairly overpriced for what it does, but it's cordless and easy to actually use. It's the before and after that can be a bit tedious after a while.

I bought the bissel thinking it would clean my floor and suck all the dirty water up. The roller is like a soft rag texture. So very dirty areas were not getting cleaned, then the sucking power was not what I expected. The only thing I can say that I liked was it was cordless and light. Not sure how long it would run either. I have a 12x20 kitchen plus a hall and the tank really wasn't large enough to do the whole thing. I returned it and went to a store nearby and bought Hoover floormate because it had scrubbing brushes, it didn't really scrub that well and there was no suction power. The floor was really wet afterwards. It was worse than the bissel. So, in my opinion there are no machines out there that can really scrub and suck all the dirt and water up, maybe a commercial machine. The bissel just was too expensive for the quality of cleaning it could do. I would not recommend the hoover.
