Fast-cinating facts!
I’ve been following Thomas for many years now and he’s always been a source of information that can be trusted 250%! Aside from his own experience and knowledge, he’s doing his research and what he suggests is based on relevant studies. I’m a nerd when it comes to nutrition and so I appreciate all the details and background information he provides. He gives you the facts and you can decide based on that if it’s something you agree with. You just can’t go wrong with him!

Lost 30 lbs with intermittent fasting!
Great, clear book about intermittent fasting. I was able to implement the proposed fasting times and over the course of 3 months, lost 30lbs!

Better health
I have been watching Thomas on utube for a while and when he came out with this book I preordered it. And I am very happy . I don’t usually read a lot books but I knew I needed this for my weight loss and building muscle and better health. I am 50yr woman and I had pre diabetes’ so I was very interested in fasting . Thomas breaks it down for anyone to understand and now I have more knowledge to continue my journey for better health . If you want to better yourself and your health read this book 5 stars

Great read because Thomas really puts sense and science together so well in a step-by-step fashion.
Instead of jumping on and off another diet plan that I couldn't wait to get off of, Thomas gave me the how and why info to finally break free of my habits and lose 30+ pounds (so far) without dieting. I've also overcome diabetes, hypothroidism and other "life-long" pill needing issues over the past six months. It's about choosing to activate a way of life over a passive way of chronic health failure. Start watching Thomas' You Tube channel and get this book to start your own path to a healthier life!

A wealth of knowledge! Very valuable resource.
I've been following Thomas Delauer for some time on YouTube and was hesitant at first to buy this book, because I thought it might be a beginners guide with things I already knew from watching his videos, but as I started reading it I was blown away by how informative it is! It is laid out in such an organized and easy-to-read manner and is the ultimate guidebook for anyone wanting to learn more about intermittent fasting. You can tell Thomas really poured himself into this book. It's so enjoyable to read. Highly recommend!

Great for beginner and above
Loads of information in this book for everyone. You can read it from front to back or dive in for specific info needed. Well written and will be a valuable source of information for me throughout my fitness journey. Thanks Thomas 🙏

great book (esp. for beginners), but the binding could be more sturdy
The book is really great. Thomas Delauer is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. The book really covers everything you might want to know. I like the design of the book - important things are highlighted in boxes (light blue or grey). He even covers subjects like workout, which not all fasting experts cover in great detail. In my opinion, this is an ideal book for a beginner.Although I am not a beginner, I would almost have kept the book out of sentimentality or respect for Mr. Delauer, but the binding of the book does not seem to be very stable. Therefore, I returned the book.

The book is amazing but the book binding is pathetic!!
This is the first time I opened this book nd look at the binding...paid so much amount only to get it bound again from a local binder..other than that the book offers a comprehensive view on intermittent fasting amazing for those who wants to understand the concept of intermittent fasting 😀.

Thomas DeLauer is awesome
Loved the book... in following Thomas on youtube it has helped me drop 35kgs before CV hit .... mentally I went downhill however regaining motivation now and watching the weight come off again! Thomas keeps it real in his videos and books. I'll never be 160kgs EVER again !
