Looks nice but it’s really light and cheap almost feels like plastic, also when installed it didn’t work the battery pack needs to be moved every time I turn the sink on to try to get it to work. Will be returned. Don’t waste your time or money

This product looks great, but works terrible. For $129 I would expect a better product. The batteries die within days of using the touchless option which is one of the main reasons we purchased the product!

Great faucet if you like changing batteries every three days. I will not ever buy this faucet again. Update I have order 4 different power supplies and still no luck, I have gone through 24 batteries in three to four weeks. Complete piece of trash DO NOT BUY.

The faucet overall is a good value and decent quality except for the battery life. It is not adequate for daily use. I have changed out the 4 AAA batteries 3 times in 3 weeks since the install. I replaced a similar faucet that was 5 years old that was also touch to operate. The old one used 6AAA batteries and they would last 6 months before needing to be changed.I am in the process of returning this item.

Not enough sensitive

could not return, building a house and was not installed by the plumber until 2 days ago. He had to bypass the auto turn on function to get the faucet to work. Save your money don't buy this! Another $100 down the drain literally!

It is pretty with no function. I never used it and it will not turn on. The wires are weak and the connection would not stay together. If the battery is not connected the faucet will not work at all. It is terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS. I AM STILL WAITING ON ASSISTANCE.

Need to change battery every 2 weeks for the sensor
