buy a computer that has Windows 11
I'm extremely upset with this computer it is definitely not a computer to use for work my software keeps crashing a couple of times a day because of the memory and the processor is poor performance. Once you are starting to use your computer using advance software programs you are limited and pretty much not out as still what you can do. Once you reach this point this computer is basically worthless to you. I would recommend never purchasing this computer because of the simple fact you can never upgrade to Windows 11. I even installed additional RAM memory from 32 gifts to 64 gigs and it made no difference whatsoever as this computer is worthless to me and now I have to go and buy a new computer. This makes me so upset because when my computer keeps crashing I lose a lot of work everyday.

Runs Perfect
Bought this for my dad since his 10 year old old computer hit the bucket. Runs perfectly fine and everything, even opened up the inside and looks like it's brand new.

Price good, if it continues to work
The unit was very dusty. Minor cosmetic blemishes. The HDMI ports don't work. I had to use the VGA port for my monitor. The unit gave me a hard time setting up emails, etc. because it still had the previous owner's info and passwords.I even found out where he lived. I had to use a DVD cleaner before I could use the DVD player/recorder. The price was good; but I'm not sure if I would ever buy it again based on its appearance alone.

It probably one of the cheapest best pc's you can get ran fortnight 100 fps no problem, but i do reccomend getting a wifi card if u dont have that ethernet works best

Very good service to repair the computer over the phone
I want to thank David for his wonderful service setting up the HP computer and installing a new copy of Windows 10. My computer is operating as it should now. David spent time walking me through the repair process.I commend you company for your customer support. Defective and no repair options
Pretty upset that it didn’t work right out of the box, and instead of replacing it or repairing it, our ONLY option is to return it. I bought it when it was on sale, it’s $50 more now. So I basically have to pay $50 for them sending a defective product. Because my only option is to send it back and pay the increased cost to replace it. Terrible service.
