Very useful book!
Senior? Sedentary? Then is is a book that will show you how to easily linger up and get stronger for only a few minutes a day. Because it is short, straight to the point and illustrated, and costs less and gives more than a coffee and a piece of pie, my advice? Buy it and try it! I did and glad I did!

Blurry pictures, bad writing
How can Amazon sell something this bad. The pictures in the book I received were so grainy and blurry you can't make out what they are asking you to do. The writing was like a bad translation into English. So disgusted I threw it in the garbage. Shame on who ever is taking hard earned money and calling this book instructional.

Not easy to follow.

Terrible
This book is terrible. The pictures are grainy, the printing quality is worse than poor. Some of the instructions for an exercise were impossible to do. I asked to return the book and received a refund.

The pictures are extremely blurry and the photo of each exercise is not even on the same page as the description. This was a total waste of money.

Pictures are the worst.
There's no reason the photos in this book has to be this bad. Sorry I wasted my money and time on ordering it.

ELDERLY? An ageist approach to exercise
The author is probably not familiar with today's older population. This book abounds with ageist assumptions about what an older body is capable of.
