The on off feature was perfect as I had to tie into a 12v supply and needed to be able to shut it off so I didn’t drain the battery.

The red hot wire is Plus in the black wire is minus but the plus is the ground and the minus is the hot make sure you test your wire connector on your USB charger if you get this person with the voltage tester

Installed this in a small poly fishing boat hooked up to my lithium trolling motor batteries. Allows charging of my mobile devices and readings of my trolling motor battery status. Drill size is 1 1/8 with a little extra Dremel work to get it on. My wire run was a little long so I went with 14 AWG and a 10 amp in line blade fuse.

Fairly accurate on voltage, nice quality, crisp on/off switch is very useful as my Camera is plugged into the USB 24/7 and the electrical current draw kept tripping the ABS on my GS1150 when pulling away, now I can turn on USB when bike is started and moving without tripping the ABS Module (ABS Check sequence also needs a lot of power on Start up) so turning off the USB and Camera allows enough power and no trip and reset required on ABS Module.
