I liked everything about this lock I've had many like it.. It is phenomenal the fingerprint reader reads perfect the little hotel cards work everything works As described and says it will it does with perfect precision and it's super easy to install and for the price is very much at the top of my list to buy a few more

Overall, I’m very happy with the product.Bad:Did not come with instructions. I had to ask for it by writing the seller.Fingerprint requires you position your thumb just right. Don’t expect it to be like a smartphone. But it’s close.FOB also needs to be positioned just right. I haven’t fully figured it out, but it’s definitely not like what you are used to when you enter office buildings.Good:Software is very easy to useFeatures like temporary passwords etc… work very well.Overall:I’m very happy and I recommend.

It was fairly easy to install - I had one thing wrong but asked my tech son and he corrected the problem before my getting in touch with the support ppl It is so easy to use and have added my relative to the fingerprint mode

Luck was complicated at first but after a few tries I got the hang of it and was able to install it in no time only thing is after programming it didn't respond the way it should have it didn't lock the door still hasn't locked the door and it doesn't shut due to the fact of me having a wooden door behind the screen door it's too big for the opening and it wouldn't fit on the wooden door at all if I was to switch it slept with my screen door unlocked for 3 days now will be returning it tomorrow

Great quality and great price

It worked amazing for a little over a month. Came home one day and we were locked out. The key would work nothing worked. The latch just disconnects from the handles and refuses to turn.

This lock works really well and seems to be great value for money.The only thing to look out for is that the external handle sticks out quite a bit, so can stop a security door or insect screen from closing fully.Edit: I've had this lock for 12 months now and it's performing rally well. The kids use their finger prints to get in the house, so never have lost keys or shut out without keys.I've used my phone a couple of times to let people in remotely, which seems much more secure than hiding a key somewhere.It's still got the first battery in it and it's on 90% charge, so it seems to be lasting really well.I couldn't be happier.

It would have been 5 stars but 3 stars because the low battery warning keeps popping up whenever I unlock the door. Without it, the door is unlocked instantly, in contrast, I have to wait for another 3 seconds until the door is unlocked. Was trying to look for changing the battery warning level but had no luck. Also tried to turn off the warning but couldn't find it anywhere...
