This item arrived quickly. The only plus point.On opening the box it was apparent there were pieces missing, no keyboard tray or screws for the sliding part. The drawers didn’t even line up to screw together.Instructions were very poor, no labelling I’m on the parts so would have had to guess which pieces were which, if I had continued to build.Immediately packed back up and returned. Though 3 weeks down the line I am still awaiting a refund or any communication from the company.

If it wasn't for screws been missing it would have been a great buy for the price it's at.So I'll say its a good buy for the price.My neighbour had some screws that I used.Nice height, looks nice, excellent price.Would have been built quicker if it was numbered. But iam not the smartest tool in the box. Overall iam happy with the purchase.

There is no keyboard roller as promised. The wood sChips and screws and fittings missing

OMG so many things to talk about.1. The assembley instructions are not at all useful, you have to figure it out by yourself2. The keyboard drawer is still not fixed though using for a month, the issue was the items required to fix the drawer were not provided as part of parcel.3. In case you want to return packging the same is another DIY task which I struggled to do and that's why didnt return and using compromised product.4. Space is another issue, the design is so faulty that I cant keep my mouse sitting straight.Please dont ignore reviews by others and stop purchasing this without reviewing comments. (mistake made by me)

The media could not be loaded.  Item arrived box was damaged opened up the box to fine panels smashed and damaged Instructions unable to read nothing was labelled up at all parts were missing I would stay well away from this product if I could give minus in stars I would but please save your money and go else where

Never buy. Especially in a house with children because I got a very different product from the one shown in the picture. The corners are very sharp enough to cause injury. There was no screw to fit the keyboard slider and it was bought with a different cost. There were no instructions for fitting

A bit of a nightmare to put together and chipping on the ply board, luckily it was where the computer goes so it is covered so I didn't ask for them to fix this issue so not sure about how well this would have been handled. It's also pretty low so the keyboard tray come out literally onto my partner's lap.*update* the tray consistently falls out had to get a new desk shortly after getting this.

the screws are missing, it's broken from the material! I don't recommend it to anyone
