I saw one of the reviews saying they’re loud and they are - LOUD as heck. However, I enjoy this. I like to ignore people and get lost in my music. 10/10 on sound and noise cancellation, obviously. The odd thing is definitely when plugging it in - it connects as Beats, weird. But eh, it doesn’t affect anything, I could care less. But I digress.

Straight out of the package the earbud on the left side had the housing off and the wires exposed. I figured ok for the price, I fixed it and have been using them every couple of days. Today March 25 , 11 days after receiving the earbuds the plug you connect to the iPhone with came apart and I barely got it unplugged from my new iPhone 13. The housing came off and the wires were exposed and now, only the right side of the earbuds work. Don’t waste your money

These headphones only worked for 1/2 a day and then they started to adjust the volume on their own. Also just a note- for some reason they only connect via blue tooth. That made the sound quality muffled for listening and for talking on the phone. Comfort wise these were great and these headphones appeared to arrive brand new, but looks can be deceiving because these did not work.

I bought 2 for my kids connected them to my iphoneXR one worked just fine the other just said connected but it wouldn’t play on the headphones it didn’t work.

You are better off buying Apple earbuds, they lost sound after a month.

First of all, it doesn’t look like the picture in the advertisement, so that’s a little sketch.Second - SOOOO loud. Sometimes I like to have a super low volume when I just want some background noise. The lowest setting is the loudest I can stand when there isn’t background noise which is disappointing. Also blasted my ears when I clicked to disconnect the Bluetooth because for whatever reason the “Disconnected” audio automatically jumped up 3 volumes.Third - it’s registering as a Bluetooth but then why are there wires?Fourth - I should probably give 1 star, but I often write off 1 start reviewers as complainers 😄 so the second start is to seem legitimate.

After 2 weeks the plug was broken and sound quality horrible. Don’t waste your money.
