Sure looks like a good product. Returned it because it doesn't work with OBD-1 on my 2005 Jayco motorhome. No complaints aside from making sure to read the info on compatibility

As I said in the headline, I installed this unit (XTOBD C1 OBD + GPS Model Which Can be Freely Switched Head Up Display Clear in The Daytime Car HUD Digital Speedometer with Speed Alarm) in my 2014 Honda CR-V LX and all was well. I was quite impressed with it's clarity of display. However, after driving out of my garage to take it on a test spin, the unit shut itself off, then rebooted to the main screen as if I just turned it on. So I gave it a "test drive" and it would continuously, as well as randomly, shut off and reboot. Since this was connected through my OBD plug, I didn't want to risk damaging my cars computer (CPU) so it was just disconnected and returned to Amazon. MY POINT: Did NOT work with my 2014 Honda CR-V LX.....

After laboring through four other Chinese hunks of junk and their abysmal attempts at English translation of directions, I finally found one that delivers as advertised, with directions that are understandable and an operation that is actually almost intuitive. Plugged it into the OBD port, changed it to mph and Imperial units, and away we went. Great and understandable display options, with a control system that actually works. Wish I’d ordered this one first, even though it cost a bit more.

It works well for a while and then it gets hot and it shuts off something wrong with it. I don't know if it comes that way on from the factory

Overall this is an excellent product. However, I was disappointed that the OBDII set up would not work with my 2018 Ford Fusion. It caused false error messages in the transmission sensors and illuminated the check engine light. The interesting thing is that it did not do this right away upon plugging it in. I set it up and it seemed to be working fine. About 15 miles down the road my transmission indicator and my check engine light illuminated. I thought I had a tansmission issue. It took some troubleshooting to realize that it was this product causing the issue. After switching it over to GPS only, I had no further issues. However, by switching to GPS I could no longer keep an eye on many functions on the HUD.

The unit was easy to install the viewing. The image was very good. The actors of the direction and adjustable screen works great.

Quality is good. Could be have some cooler displays but they matched the photos so couldn't expect more. I had some questions with the XTOBD team and they were super supportive and quick with responses. Wish I would have bought the one with Navigation but I didn't see until after I bought this one.

Easy to install and use. More useful data and features than originally thought it would be. Resolution on the display is great, not like 8-segmented LED displays. I may buy one more for car #2.
