I had never used anything except the original masks provided with the original device. This feels softer and the results have been better than with original.It came with some extras--little helpful things and instructions. I don't want to say what they were in case the vendor doesn't include them in all shipments. Overall, I was very pleased and got the sense this was created and sold by a caring company. (Cheesy it sounds, but true)

Before I paired this frame up with the rest of the headgear, I decided to see how well the mask would connect to it. After I heard it click into position, I realized that it had a tighter fit than the F20 frame I was replacing. That plus how well it fit my face after adjusting the headgear earns it 4 stars. After I've had a few weeks to try it out, I may need to up it to 5.

This has a plastic thing for where the mask goes and it has to be a particular, mask. Why do they make things so hard to find.

It's almost identical to a ResMed. However, something about the angle of the sides on top (where the headgear straps through) is off. Leaks like crazy around the upper cup of the mask, even with it adjusted as tight as it can get. I am using a new ResMed headgear. since its opened and used once, I'm not going to try to return it. Bought a new ResMed and I'm back in business. No leaks. Tossed this one in the carry bag as a spare.

There was nothing not to like. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my CPAP hose and face mask but it fit perfectly. I think it is a tad bit lighter which is nice. I found it to be well made and of better quality than the one that came with my machine. It also came with pads. I didn't need them but it was a nice touch.I am planning on purchasing my face cushions from the company as well....

I ordered this to get it quickly when my original frame broke. I hoped it would last a week or so until my new ResMed frame arrived. It is good quality and is lasting just great! Good value at a fraction of even the post insurance copay

Great replacement part at a fraction of the price for the name brand. Works fantastic! Highly recommended!
