This item is spectacular. I already owned a more expensive lyre and this one surpassed it everywhere. It's easy to tune (as far as lyres go), keeps it's tune, and has excellent tone! The gig bag is cheap but nice enough for light transport. I'd recommend a better case if you intend to take it through a more agressive form of transport than a quick walk or drive.

It's beautiful only thing is that when turning the string broke.

The lyre came mostly tuned which is good because just putting the tuning key on it and flexing the breadth of a molecule will change the tuning by half a note.So far I like the sound.The gig bag is cheap and soft but it's still good to have.The construction of the lyre is pretty good. I'd like the eyelets to be a little sturdier but the saddle looks good. It's most likely plastic "bone", but that's okay by me.My only real annoyance is that the tuning key handle is unfinished and I was a little worried about splinters.

This thing is great! Our 5 year old told us she wanted a harp…needless to say a regular size one wasn’t in the cards…she values loves it, it’s a real instrument, Kell the tuning tool away from littles…But otherwise she loves playing with it and despite her not knowing how to play anything the suns is still nice!

Sound quality is poor. the metal rods are sharp - not suitable for younger children.

This is a wonderful instrument and not just because of the price. I do have another 7 string I purchased on Amazon at over twice the price and I my opinion this one exceeds it. The wood grain is beautiful, great sound, nice sustain.When you factor in the price point you can’t go wrong!

Easy to adjust the strings, love that it comes with a carrying case and it sounds beautiful! I love it!
