What is the hoop made of please? How many times could it be carefully folded before it may be broken?

Thanks very much for your question. The loop is made of a metal ring contained inside a protective plastic housing - so that the net material cannot be damaged. The hoop can be folded several hundreds if not more times from my own experience, it is very robust. I hope this helps! Best, Nigel

How does it pack for travel? Will the top ring bend in half to fit in a carry-on?

Hi Calum, thanks for your question. Yes, the top ring does twist and bend in half to reduce its size to make it much smaller so it will definitely fit in a carry on bag.
