Just what I was looking for!

I have many fountain pens and find it difficult to know whether to rate this one five or four stars. Comparing it against my favorite, the metropolitan, it just isn't as good, and that costs the same. However, I've bought many pens much more expensive than this one, and this pen is better than them.I love that it comes with a converter, most pens don't but should. It actually has two, plus two ink cartridges! A good deal in that alone. The pen feels weighty, but not too much so. I found no flaws on the pen itself. The nib is slightly rough, I doubt anyone would really notice, but I do. It is also somewhat dry, or, ink doesn't flow as nicely as I would like. Both can be fixed.I have a kit to work on nibs and better polish it up, making it stand out and perform very highly for the cost. Most wouldn't have the kit to do that, but I seriously doubt anyone else would ever think to do it in the first place. But if you were so inclined, you could really spiff this pen up to be equal in performance to pens much higher in price.Even without working on it, it's a good pen for the price, and looks great. I'd recommend it.

Nice looking pen but the cap appears to have worn out and will not stay on. Disappointing. Looks like a design issue on the cap's internal plastic ridge that holds the cap in place resulting in it wearing down. I emailed customer support but have not heard back from them. If I do, I will report back.
