It clears up the iron sediment. It works well

This is a product that works exactly as intended, every time. I have a lot of problems with iron in our well water here in Minnesota. This does a nice job battling the iron and minerals in my iron scrubber system and water softener. It dissolves iron off of my screen pre-filter and housing. The price point on this is good. My only criticism of the product is that when it does hit water and begins to activate, it releases a fume that hurts the lungs to breathe. So, dump it in and contain it in the salt reservoir, open a window or get out of the area. that’s just my experience. I’ve been using Iron Out for about 25 years.

Iron out powder really works

Item was as expected. I think the cost of the iron out is cheaper on Amazon.

This is the only product that actually works on getting the clay out of baseball pants without scrubbing. Just soak the clothes in your utility sink or a bucket in hot water and one scoop (4 ounces) of Iron Out for an hour or two, then wash. Don't use too much product or soak for too long because this product can tarnish any metal buttons, snaps, or zippers.Also works on well water stains around the house.

Simply a great product if you need it. If you use in the wash like I do make sure it is dissolved into the water before you put your clothes in the washing machine, it can be a little harsh on certain colors and the clothes themselves, just be careful with a little trail and error it will be ok. I use for washing clothes, dishes and cleaning the bath room (in the toilet tank)
