Almost Perfect!
These would have received a 5 Star review if it were not for 1 problem, the screen.I purchased these because I have a "Data Rack" with some kit installed in it that I need to keep an eye on the energy usage.I set the "Cost per K/W" using the built in battery and then plugged them, plugged the kit in to them and sat in my chair whilst the kit booted up.On boot the kit draws a decent amount of electric, but after a couple of minutes it settles down but I started to panic because I was seeing 2435w on each, and I was thinking "OMG I can't afford to be running this kit, something's wrong it's drawing to much power".I got down on the floor, because the plug sockets that these are plugged in to are quite low down and low and behold they were both showing 243.5w or within a couple of "W's" of each other.Panic over as around 500w is much better than 5K/W especially given in Nov 2022 the cost of electric. These are not easy to read if you are not "Straight On" with them and I think they would benefit from light up display, if you press a button on them making them easier to read.I would recommend them as they do the job, but be aware you need to be on basically the same level as them to read them easily.

Very useful for monitoring and reducing electricity usage 👍
Product was good and easy to use? Got These and timers plugs to monitor and reduce my electricity useage and to save money on my bills which work so well I ended up £200 + in credit 😁

Set up not easy
Not easy for me to set up and instructions not good.. my son had to YouTube it.If not for this I would give 5 stars..I'm in an extension and use a convector heater and want to pay my for my own usage so this tells me how much I'm using.. easy to read once it's set up..

Large display, should have purchased backlit ones
These are ready to install and set up for the cost of electricity and worked immediately. I would recommend purchasing the backlit ones as you need a torch to read them if they are, for example, down the side of a microwave.

No back light is a big negative
Ease of use..literally plug in as it says on the tin.Regarding accuracy..you have to trust what the readings state as how can you test it?!Backlight really necessary particularly where appliance sockets are tucked behind them

Just started using looking promising
Still testing them

Poorly excecuted
It's fine, it shows useful info about the power consumption and you can input a unit cost to track usage and costs. The only annoying thing is the screen readability. For some reason the screen is easier to read from below, harder to read when looking at it from above. Surely the designer of this thing understands that plug sockets are installed below knee height in houses? I have to get down on my knees and use a torch just to see it properly.

Saved us money
After seeing how much one item cost to run 24/7 we researched why we use this appliance and found we could probably cut its use from 24 hours a day to 8 saving us £29 a month. Things you don't think cost a lot actually do.Downside - there are no instruction on how to clear the data for testing next item. We therefore reset with the tool provided and entered the the unit cost again. Maybe this is the way it works but a bit of a pain. But overall, recommend the item.
