This was our first time trying this brand. We have a Golden Retriever puppy who loves to play outside and this past week got really dirty and started to stink horribly. The Arm & Hammer Odor Control shampoo did not help matters when we tried it last week, my dog actually smelled worse after bathing with it. The Lillian Ruff shampoo and conditioner bundle arrived this morning and we were excited to try it after reading so many positive reviews. It smells clean and fresh, in an organic way- not overwhelming at all. In the bath, it made a really great lather that penetrated my dog's coat easily, the lavendar also helped to keep him calm while bathing and I was able to rinse it out quickly and easily. The conditioner is soft and smooth without feeling greasy or heavy. It made brushing our puppy so easy once he was dry. I am ordering another set because my dog smells heavenly and am ecstatic with the quality of this product. There's no harsh chemicals and it does what it claims to do, totally worth every penny! My dog had a few hot spots and itching overall on her tail area and stomach and her hands and I was looking for a product that made her skin feel less itchy and for her to not be so itchy and for her skin to be calmed and relaxed and this por si tu is amazing not only did I notice my dogs hot spots closing and fading the itching stopped and her hair oh my goodness was so beautiful , her hair was shiny and so soft and the shampoo left her hair smelling delicious I have never had a product that made her brown hair so shiny and so soft I immediately saw the difference I will definitely be buying this again and highly recomend it’s worth the price and the brush helped shed some of her dead skin cells and any excess dirt it was amazing 10/10 and I’m so happy I purchased this

Boy did I get lucky ordering this wonderful Doggie shampoo. It's everything I was looking for. My sweet dog had several spots where she had been licking and as a result her tail and front paw were nibbled on a daily basis. I took a chance with this and the result was unbelievable after one shampoo. It's the second day and her fur looks gorgeous. She's a black dog and the shampoo made her glow. The scent is wonderful. Lavender and coconut...Yummy. This shampoo deserves a standing ovation. Also the soft brush is an added plus. Just get this and give it a try. It's a small company and worth trying. = ^.^=

Like the smell. The dogs seem too also. It's gentle. The brush is hard to clean.

The conditioners are the only thing I found that helps my Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier's dry coat in a hot dry climate. It keeps his fur hydrated, soft and silky and he is easier to comb out. The Oatmeal shampoo and conditioner are gentle and hydrating and the leave-in conditioner is perfect for grooming between baths. I will never use anything except Lillian Ruff products on my dogs coat. I buy the gallon jugs. I bathed my neighbors dog with these products and she loved how her dog was soft and had a very nice but subtle scent. Now I am stuck bathing her dog too. Small price to pay for these excellent products.

We will never buy another dog shampoo for our pups and have repurchased multiple types/times. Great quality and a little goes a long way. Smells awesome and my dog’s sensitive skin never has any issues with it.
