CarPlay and steering wheel did not work
The media could not be loaded. Ok, first all these chinese stereos, are the same, Android devices, some come with the kit to work with camera factory, some does not, some are totally plane, some are a little bit large in the back, but at the end the same screen, functionality. I did the test with 2 one cheap ($120) and other $530, at the end as I said, something fails, in one the factory camera, usb connectors in the other Card Play, the OS is old, ver 10, and no way to update to 12, 13 or the new 14, both with 1000% of lack of documentation, so if you are a youtube guy, great, maybe you can have it 80% working, the worse thing, are Chinese companies, so support or to contact even for Amazon customer supports guys, is like if you are asking for nuclear quantum physics, so my advise, don't waste time and money, save some and go to Mopar (Jeep) and buy one original for your car, will be more than $1000, but at the end 100% guaranty that work and support at the end of the corner, the web site have address, phones, emails and so on. btw my Jeep is Wrangler Unlimited Sport S 2020, if that help. Another thing, when you return something at most Amazon companies, you receive your refund in less than a week, this company is taking a month to return the money, another reason to keep in mind

Shouldn't have the glitches for the price.
Install wasn't too bad using YouTube videos. The biggest issue is with the HVAC. Sometimes you start the Jeep and everything is fine, sometimes you have nothing from a few seconds to five minutes. Even with disabling the HVAC control features on the unit.I haven't had any steering wheel control issues at all. It looks nice and using Google maps and satellite radio through the phone is nice. Just be prepared to have to deal with no air for possibly a few minutes after startup.

Works Well!!!
This is the 3rd HU that I have installed in my 2020 Wrangler Unlimited, and it actually works very well. Had a little issue with backup camera operation but Citreal tech support helped me, and just like that, working as it was designed!! So far so good!!!

A Potentially Great Replacement for the Stock Wrangler/Gladiator Stereo
One of my biggest pet-peeves with the stock Gladiator 7" touch screen stereo was the fact that every time that I started the Jeep, the radio would automatically default to the radio. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but for some reason, the radio would be about twice as loud as any other source. Since I usually use my phone for music and audiobooks, having the stereo blast on start was wearing on me. My solution was to replace the stock stereo with an aftermarket unit, preferably one that reused the existing steering wheel controls and USB ports. The Citreal 9" Touch Screen Car Stereo overall is an excellent replacement for the stock Wrangler/Gladiator stereo, provided that you're willing to sacrifice some functionality of the stock unit while gaining other functionality. You also have to deal with a complete lack of documentation and installation instructions. The user manual is very basic and rudimentary and there is absolutely NO installation diagram. There are some YouTube videos out there that can give you a basic idea on how to install the stereo, but even then you might have some trial and error to do.Fortunately for me, I managed to get the wiring correct and all of the cabling stuffed behind the stereo and everything works. I was able to pair the stereo with my phone via Bluetooth and got Android Auto to start (although it required pressing the "Car Connect" icon on the screen - it wasn't automatic.) I didn't install the GPS antenna or the 4G on my unit, as I use my phone with Android Auto, so my overall installation was a little easier than others might be.PROS- Essentially plug-n-play. Everything that you need to install the stereo is provided in the box. No additional adapter cables or installation kits are required.- Full featured Android tablet experience. If you know how an Android tablet works, you can navigate the stereo.- Doesn't default to the Stereo on start up. In fact, it doesn't start audio until I select the source (which is what I think every stereo should do.)- I've read some reviews stating that the performance of the stereo isn't very snappy. That's not been my experience at all. Everything runs very quick and clean.CONS- There are no installation instructions. Not a wiring diagram. Not a website that would detail the install. The only reason that I was able to get it in was some third party YouTube videos and some luck.- It is a VERY tight fit behind the stereo to get all of the wiring tucked behind the head unit. In fact, you actually have to reposition the stereo on the bezel so that it doesn't make contact with vent ducts behind the stereo.- While you have an Android tablet experience, there are some quirks with some of the apps. Nothing that you can't work through, but again, the lack of documentation doesn't help.

Steering controls don't work
The units is ok but the steering wheel controls don't work and you can't find anything about the unit. But more concerning outdated Android 10 out of date os, it leaves you open to hackers . So your personal data is for everyone. I returned this unit. Spend more for better unit at least you will get security updates.

Beware
Glitchy! Sums it up. Works, sometimes. Steering wheel controls come and go and recently, Go, no longer work. Reset unit. Reset apps. Unplugged fuse. Disconnected battery. Factory reset. Tried manual program. Looks like 6 months after purchasing warranty up.

Great replacement for the 7 inch factory unit.
Installing this is not for the feint of heart, there is no tech support that I could find. There is a YouTube video that briefly describes how to do it, however the unit I received was slightly different. If you don't mind tinkering, the install is not too bad. If you're easily frustrated, have a pro install it. It took about two hours for me to get it up and running and it works great! My wireless carplay adaptor plug into the USB input works like a champ. It is a good looking display, however it does catch a bit of glare. You'll lose your screen climate controls. And for some reason, the clock / compass doesn't work on my speedometer display anymore.
