Works
Works like a relay is supposed to. Let’s see if it lasts in marine environment.

Nice, inexpensive heavy duty relay
I used it in a solar water heater project. I'm using PV panels to run power to a DC element in water heater tank. The red #8 wires coming in from the PV panels run thru the relay on to the element. I used a 12vDC transformer (wall wart) to run a small amount of power thru the thermostat on the water heater, then back up to the relay so the thermostat setting controls the relay, allowing power to flow from the roof panels to the DC element and heat water.Normal water heater thermostats are not rated for DC and will burn up the contacts in the thermostat fairly quickly. This relay is rated for 120amp (!) which is way overkill for the 20-30 amps or so my panels will send to the element, so this ought to last a long time.

Helped with my power distribution setup for work truck
I ran a distribution block to add auxiliary power to various devices. Needed a relay in the system to prevent it from being on all the time. I can confirm that this one works exactly as I needed it to.

Wonderful Relay! Connected with 6 GA wire to cool my v8 powered 240z Radiator Fan (ford taurus SHO)
The media could not be loaded. Wonderful Relay! Connected with 6 GA wire to cool my v8 powered 240z.The engine bay has bad air flow, so we used the strongest fan (Ford Tarus SHO) Radiator Fan.It pulls 100amps on startup, and running high-output mode does 40amp draw, which is a lot :)Ive got a 105 amp 1 wire alt to power this, and thats fine at about 1000rpm, but below that its not.Ive also got a 50amp breaker inline to protect the fans cables really... the 6GA is right for the relay but too large otherwise :) soo fun.

Works like a champ
I needed some power only when the key was on (ignition power). Found a relay with ignition power so ran a wire to this split relay, then ran a hot in from the battery. I ran another hot wire out the other side and took the power where I needed it! Works great!
