Nice starter set
This is a nice little set to get started making cheese. It came in a plain box and NO instructions. Seems like a simple instruction booklet about cheese making with recipes and how to use these would be an easy thing to add. BUT you are on your own after getting these. I will have to figure out everything else on my own.
