The printer works fine, it was sent with the wrong type of power cord. I needed the American power cord and it sent the British one so it didn’t work. However they corrected it for me as soon as they found out. Great customer service.

Bought this product a few months ago and its already broken down. Had multiple technicians look at it, unfortunately no one can find the issue and because we have a business to run I can't wait to find the right technician to fix it(it's not a mechanical issue, must be software related?). It's unfortunate because I have stores who have label printers running for five years.
