New Beginnings on Whisling Island Paperback – April 20, 2020

This story was so life like. True ( but not) of 4 women’s lives and how they all work together. Great read. 👍👍

I really enjoyed reading this sweet novel! It had plenty of poignant moments where life hits one in the gut! At this point I can’t afford to buy the next novel in line but I sure want to know what Bess and Olivia decide! ❤️

No one wants to start over but sometimes you have to. This story has women all needing a change. Some bigger than others. Great book

Story of four women all living on the same island, some related, some just friends. It’s how they overcame in each situation and beginning life again. Very good book.

This book was kind of all over the place and was hard to follow. There were just so many characters and their stories were not that interesting. I found myself skimming through a lot of the book

Bess, Gen, Deb, and Olivia. A group of friends who have all be cheated on by their husbands in some way. As the title suggests, each one is starting a new beginning. But each new beginning is different and unique. It seems Ms Clemens is letting us know that everyone has to deal with changes in their life in their own way. While Deb is quick to move on, Bess cannot get past her ex-husband. But isn't this true to life, we all face different challenges maybe not infidelity but challenges and we each have to find our own way. But the thing about the ladies of Whisling Island is they have each other to lean on. You will enjoy this read as each chapter is a look at one of the lady's life at this moment in time. I am already looking for to Book 3 to see what happens next.

I got to the end before I figured out that this is not the first book of the series, which explains why I was so confused about all of the characters. It was a good book, though.
