Works as it should.
Works like a champ! Just be sure to put the bolts on as per the picture of the hooks, I put them on backwards and the hooks wouldn't hook up so I had to take them all off again (operator error). Don't over tighten the bolts as they will strip or shear. Just a few tips to prevent my mistakes. I received the package one day after I had ordered it(prime) very fast. Great product for the price.

Perfect conversion kit to use existing bed frame
Had been looking for something to modify our frame to adapt with our bed frame to adapt to our head/foot board for years. Was about to buy a custom side board for $400 when I found these conversion kits. These hook plates along with the Bed Claw Universal Footboard Attachment Kit were the $60 solution using my existing frame. Install took 30min, adjustable left right up down fit our bed well and seems to be very flexible. Solid build quality and durability. Took 2d for shipment and 30min for install to solve a problem we had been facing for years.

They're hooks; they work. Detailed instructions would have helped.
The hook conversion adapters are of good quality and work fine. I wish that the instructions contained better detail. Yeah, I mean, you screw them between the bed frame plate and hook them into headboard/footboard, but there was a series of trial and errors which became a fantastic time waster that could have been avoided with, again, better instructions. Or even examples. And the provided lock-type screws for the bolts are beyond annoying especially when attempting to unscrew them as all beds are not made equal. See: trial and errors.Again, good, sturdy quality that, when finally in place, remain in place.

It was very easy to attach but the screws were not tight enough and i had to buy a wrench to tighen them.

Make measurements with headboard slots and metal bed frame FIRST
These hooks work great with my antique head board, but sadly I should have measured the distance between slots on the headboard legs and compare it to the metal bed frame I wanted to connect it too. Came up 2 inches longer than the bed frame's width when set to the full size mattress width. If I had, I would have included the "Bed Claw Queen Bed Modification Plate, Headboard Attachment Bracket" in my order to bridge the gap. Oh, well. Learn from my mistake.
