I have a smart number deadbolt for my garage door and recently got a smart fingerprint door lever too which doesn't cost that much. Got this to use on other doors in the home where we don't want our kid to explore around. Compared to the previous biometric lock, this one is better as it has a keypad and even a card key. Overall I am satisfied with this product & I would recommend this product.Here is my take after trying it for almost a week:Pros:- Locks work great overall. In my experience, fingerprint biometrics have always worked when the registered finger is placed properly- Keypad number passcode works great too- It looks elegant for the price with a mat black finish & LED indicator light is informative too along with giving a modern aesthetic to the lock- Comes with all hardware and even some extras. Works with both 2-3/8''(60mm) & 2-3/4''(70mm) backset with inbuilt adjustable feature- Bluetooth range is good enough. I was able to operate from 15+ feet even- Build quality is good overall- Installation is easy & I was able to fix it on the door in around 10 minutes- Setup process is very easy. Bluetooth connection detected the lock quickly and it was ready to go within minutes. Fingerprint addition is easy as well through the application- USB charging for emergency unlock is a nice backup feature- They do bundle 2 card keys & 2 manual keys as well which would be great for emergencies- The mobile app shows battery percentage & is very useful to track since these work on 4 AA batteries- Passage mode & automatic lock are some very useful feature and is controllable from the mobile app- The mobile app allows many configurable features for the lock and overall app works great in my iPhone13 pro- Manual is very detailed and comes with all installation/troubleshooting instructions including an installation video QR code- Long 1-year warranty provided by the manufacturerCons:- I wish the keypad lit on pressing any button on the number pad as my Schlage lock does- Gateway needs to be purchased separately for the wifi connectivity, so it can't be operated remotely or by using voice commands. I wish it was included in the package as well

Size, function and fits perfectly on my door.Fingerprints sometimes fail but it’s the same with other smart door, so it is best to use card or code.

Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren't real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names.Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn't make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight.I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door.So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys.It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome!Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you haveTroy 1: Tip of thumbTroy 2: Middle of thumbTroy 3: Base of thumbThis way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register.Enjoy! This lock was easy to install with the only issue encountered was the fact the old strike plate and the lock plate on the door did not exactly fit the previous lock's template in the wood. As such, we had to carve it the wood a little more on the door and the door frame.Other than that, it was an easy installation of the lucky and the app. I really liked the fact that there are multiple methods for opening the door including the keypad, manual key, app access, key card, and the fingerprint. I think the fingerprint scanner is one of the best in terms of location since you can place your hand on the door handle with your thumb at the fingerprint reader, and just turn the handle to let yourself in.The only downside for some people is the fact that there is no physical lock to turn on the inside. The door auto locks after a set amount of time (set on the app) so you don't have to physically lock it. This may be annoying for some people or beneficial for some.Just make sure your phone is very close to the lock to make changes on the app to the lock. The lock needs 4 AA batteries and you can see the battery health on the app.
